Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping:

• All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
• Orders for in-stock items placed before 12 PM Mountain Time (Edmonton time), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM Mountain Time, Monday to Thursday, begin processing the following business day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM Mountain Time on Friday, or over the weekend, begin processing on Monday.
• Tracking numbers and delivery confirmation will be provided for all shipped orders.

Domestic Shipping within Canada:

• We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 before tax for domestic orders.
• Some locations are excluded from free shipping on orders over $100 – please refer to live shipping information.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or Air drop (airline freight) at this time.

International Shipping:

• We do not currently offer international shipping.
