Returns & Exchanges
1. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. How long do I have to return a product?
You must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product.
3. How can I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at info@celegant.ca with your order details.
4. Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
6. How do I return my product?
Returns must be shipped back to us by mail. Once your return is approved, you can download and print a free prepaid return label.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. Please email us at info@celegant.ca within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:

10. In which currency are transactions processed?
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are purchasing from outside Canada, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
Order Processing & Shipping
11. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
12. When will my order start processing?

Orders placed before 9 AM EST (Mon-Fri) will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 9 AM EST (Mon-Thurs) will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday will begin processing on Monday.
13. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking numbers and delivery confirmation will be provided for all shipped orders.

14. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 (before tax) for domestic orders within Canada. Some locations may be excluded—please check live shipping information at checkout.
15. Do you ship to P.O. boxes or airline freight (Air Drop)?
No, we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or Air Drop (airline freight) locations.
16. Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping.
